In accordance with current health and safety regulations, all building projects need to consider their obligations under the Construction Design & Management (CDM) regulations 2015. This may include engaging a Principal Designer. It is the role of a principal designer to coordinate all information from contractors and other professionals in the design team and formulate a corresponding health and safety plan and notify the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

We can help you assess those obligations and assist in the role of Principal Designer should that requirement be necessary.
