If you are a tenant coming to the end of a lease term and have received a terminal schedule of dilapidations from the landlord, we can review this schedule on your behalf. Following that review we would liaise with you to discuss your position and if necessary negotiate a final agreement with the landlord's surveyor on your behalf.
Alternatively if you are a landlord with a lease about to expire, we can prepare and serve a terminal schedule of dilapidation to the tenant on your behalf. Then if required we will liaise with the tenant or their surveyor to reach a final agreement.
Any work undertaken by the tenant or subsequently by the landlord will be inspected with regards to the extent and quality to make sure it complies with expectations, the schedule and the terms of the lease.
