Brittain Hadley are often commissioned to inspect both residential and commercial premises to identify defects and the cause for those defects. This might range from reports on cracking to damp and water penetration or even subsidence. 

Specific defect inspections involve simple identification processes such as opening up works, flood tests and monitoring techniques as well as more recent technologies such as thermal imaging and CCTV surveys.

Based on our inspections we provide a detailed report that includes our observations, comments and recommendations along with photographic evidence. If required we can also provide budget estimates for the recommended work and assist with implementing those works.
