Nigel Rickard MRICS, Director, Brittain Hadley

Nigel Rickard is a Chartered Building Surveyor and has more than 30 years experience acting for both private and public sector clients. He has been responsible for the management of a variety of construction projects across a wide range of sectors – residential, commercial, education, health and leisure – encompassing both new-build and refurbishment schemes.

Nigel has been in business since 1988 and provides a full range of professional building consultancy services to clients within London and across the UK.

Nathan Sproule ACIOB, Director, Brittain Hadley

Nathan Sproule moved permanently from Sydney to London in September 2006. He trained in Australia as a construction manager, and has over 20 years experience in the building industry across a range of sectors and professional disciplines. His career in the Australian industry culminated in his becoming an Associate at RHM Consultants where he was responsible for managing 10 professional and 3 administrative staff.

Since moving to London, Nathan has worked with commercial and private clients over a broad range of surveying disciplines.

He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Building and is working towards his full membership of both the CIOB, RICS and the FPWS.

Matt McRoberts MRICS AaPS, Senior Chartered Building Surveyor, Brittain Hadley

Matt has been a Chartered Surveyor since 2008 having completed a Building Surveying degree at Anglia Ruskin University. Matt trained as a plasterer prior to moving over to a Building Surveyor with over 25 years experience in the construction industry.

Matts’ experience is predominantly in Contract Administration working in the public sector. He also has experience with private sector clients providing advice on Planning and Health & Safety matters. More recently Matt has been involved with professional services such as Dilapidation and Party Wall Matters.

He is an Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate Member of the Association of Project Safety. In addition Matt is also an Associate Assessor and APC Assessor for the RICS.
